Each Siera Addict jewel is a unique piece, handmade to order. Here's everything you need to know.

Manufacturing & delivery times

After your payment has been validated, your jewel is custom-made for you by our partner artisan jewelers.

✓ Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase, to France, the European Union and worldwide. Only customs duties required by local authorities (outside the EU) may apply.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Packaging

Your jewel is delivered in a carefully crafted box, accompanied by its presentation accessories. Each package is carefully prepared to ensure the protection of your piece during transport.

Return policy

No right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, jewels made to order are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, manufacturing is launched and cannot be interrupted.

Manufacturing defect or non-conformity

If your jewel has a defect or does not match your order:

1. Report the defect to sieraaddict@gmail.com with photos and order number within 30 days of receipt.
2. Our team will analyze your case within 5 to 10 working days.
3. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Legal guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity (24 months) and guarantee against hidden defects (2 years), in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
