Our Jewelry & Materials

Is your jewelry made of real gold?

Yes, without exception. Every Siera Addict piece of jewelry is made from 18-karat solid gold (750/1000) — yellow, white, or rose gold, depending on the reference. We do not use gold plating, vermeil, or fancy alloys.

Are the diamonds natural?

All our diamonds are natural diamonds, extracted and selected according to strict criteria of purity, cut, and brilliance. We do not offer synthetic diamonds.

What is rhodium-plated gold?

Rhodium plating is a surface treatment applied to gold to give it a brilliant appearance and increased scratch resistance. References with "RH" in their code are rhodium-plated.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in its box, away from humidity and shocks. Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, and household products. A microfiber cloth is sufficient to maintain its shine.

Order & Manufacturing

Can I cancel or modify my order?

As our jewelry is made to order, any confirmed and paid order immediately triggers the manufacturing process. It is not possible to cancel after payment validation, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

If you wish to make an urgent modification, please contact us within one hour of your order at sieraaddict@gmail.com — we will do our best.

Can I order a custom piece?

For any customization request (engraving, specific size, different metal), please contact us before placing an order. We will send you a quote and confirm the possibilities.

How do I choose my size?

Available sizes are indicated on each product page. If in doubt, contact us — we can guide you or consider an adjustment with a quote.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?

As each piece of jewelry is handcrafted to order, the usual lead time is 1 to 4 working weeks from the confirmation of your payment. You will receive a tracking email at each step.

Do you deliver outside France?

Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union and to many non-EU countries. Delivery costs are free for all destinations. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may be required by the authorities of the destination country — these regulatory fees remain the responsibility of the recipient (they do not depend on Siera Addict).

Is my jewelry delivered in gift packaging?

Yes. Each piece of jewelry is delivered in a neat box, accompanied by its presentation accessories, ready to be offered or worn.

Returns & Warranties

Can I return my jewelry?

As jewelry is made specifically at your request, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to our products. However, any manufacturing defect is covered by our after-sales service — contact us with photos as proof.

What is the warranty on my jewelry?

All our jewelry benefits from French legal warranties: conformity warranty (24 months) and warranty against hidden defects (2 years from the discovery of the defect).

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, TikTok Shop, and bank transfer on request. All payments are secured and compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
